Politically Incorrect

Sometimes living alone is a such a curse that you can’t imagine. I went to my home – for those of who don’t know, in Islamabad – to spend my birthday with my family; only to receive an emergency call to get back to lahore a day before. Now, on my birthday I’m all alone; one of my mate is off to his home and other on a business trip. Spent the whole day laying back and listening to FM.

Ah yes, happy birthday to me!

I had a great love to be a lawyer [same as I had for fine arts].. but alas I couldn’t get into law either..

You sometimes get nostalgic in the middle of a freakish night.. I remember playing for my school football team. I used to play right-out and was one of the best. Others specially envied my cross bar shoots and beating the goalie head up. We reached the semi’s of our inter school championship only for my coach to have me on the bench instead of field. And we lost that game badly. I donno if I were capable of any magical turn around had I been on the field, but I really missed that game. *sigh*

I wear Western outfits made with Thai material. I use Japanese Electronics. My watch is Swiss. I watch English and Indian movies. I read a left-wing anti-government English Newspaper and think the same. My tongue frequently slip into English even when I’m talking to my 2 year old cousin. I love queuing in front of US and British Embassies for a visa, for long hours everyday and not fret. While I can’t stand a queue when I’m to receive a ticket from a Railway station counter. I hate right-wing mullahs and think they are all evil creatures. I confess following Micheal Jackson recent fall of the fame with great intrigue. I’m fed on western channels lately and can’t remember the year when I last saw a glimpse of PTV. I ride my motor cycle without silencer on the 14th August every year. But hey, I’m a Pakistani. Atleast, my ID card says so. And I just bought a green flag for the independence day. Thus I’m a geniune Pakistani!

When I first saw her I thought, “The two of us are such a simple formula and yet it took the universe 15 billions of years to add us!” But still not added.

It may sound weird as it is, I’ve created my own personal blog again when I still can’t really digest personal blogging idea!
